Take a Break – Play NetApp Data Defense

So, this is a game that I’ve been playing now for almost a month!  It is addicting!  The marketing team over at NetApp have been working on this around the clock, I was fortunate enough to get in on the beta. Today I was told I can finally blog about it and give you all the URL to go play for yourself. This will not be announced to the public until May 27th, so go check it out before anyone else knows about it!

Great game at first, then gets slower and slower, till some of the boards flash to the next board since things are happening that you don’t see.

Another “feature” of the slow down is that you cannot minimize the browser, and Alt + Tab is not so fast – so don’t let your boss catch you playing it at work…since it is not built to help teach you how to use NetApp technology to stop data loss.

I still haven’t figured out how to defeat certain creatures using the NetApp tools…especially when I get 12 or 15 of them thrown at me at once.

Never get enough money to “upgrade” to the higher levels of support.

Amusing at best, frivolous for the most part since I really am not learning what NetApp devices could help me in the real world defeat real world issues…of course probably everyone then would have scores in the hundreds of thousands…..
